شروط ومواصفات الضمان :
- مدة الضمان محدودة وتبلغ 12 شهرًا من تاريخ الشراء لبطاريات اكترون .
- مدة الضمان محدودة وتبلغ 15 شهرًا من تاريخ الشراء لبطاريات شاهين ستارت .
- يجب إرفاق صورة من الفاتورة الإلكترونية الضريبية مع بطاقة الضمان عند تقديم المطالبة بالضمان.
- يجب أن يكون الرقم التسلسلي الموجود على البطارية مرئيًا وواضحًا عند المطالبة بالضمان.
- لا يسري مفعول الضمان إذا لم تستكمل كافة البيانات المطلوبة .
- يعتبر الضمان غير ساري في حال التلاعب بالرقم التسلسلي للبطارية.
- يسقط الضمان نتيجة سوء استخدام البطارية أو عدم تركيبها بشكل صحيح.
- لا يسري الضمان إذا كان لون الإشارة في المؤشر أبيض، باستثناء الأشهر الثلاثة الأولى من تاريخ الشراء.
- لا يسري الضمان إذا تم تركيب البطارية في سيارة غير مناسبة لنوعها.
- يعتبر الضمان غير ساري في حال كانت البطارية قابلة لإعادة الشحن.
- يسقط ضمان البطارية في حال وجود عطل في نظام كهرباء السيارة.
- يعتبر الضمان لاغيًا في حال عدم كتابة جميع البيانات على كرت الضمان.
- لا يسري الضمان في حال انفجار البطارية، باستثناء الأشهر الثلاثة الأولى من تاريخ الشراء.

- The warranty is void due to misuse of the battery or improper installation.
- The warranty is void if the indicator light is white, except for the first three months from the date of purchase.
- The warranty is void if the battery is installed in a vehicle that is not suitable for its type.
- The warranty is void if the battery is rechargeable.
- The warranty is void if there is a fault in the vehicle's electrical system.
- The warranty is void if all information is not filled out on the warranty card.
- The warranty is void in the event of battery explosion, except for the first three months from the date of purchase.
